We absolutely loved this beautiful slice of paradise! From the very beginning, Kaitlin was very communicative helping us with tips and ideas about our travels. We loved her recommendations on local restaurants and hikes. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable- beds were great, bathrooms very clean and ample, and kitchen even had a few unexpected supplies like condiments which was so nice. The property has two sweet cats, James and Jenny, who were well-behaved and added the perfect touch- the kids loved waking up to go find them. At night we loved sitting on the balcony playing cards listening to the frogs and in the morning having coffee overlooking the gorgeous, lush vegetation. We had a rental car and did tons of exploring during the day and this was the perfect place to come back to in the afternoon. Kaitlin is so warm and accommodating, and she rightly takes pride in a gorgeous setting. I hope we will be back some day because we just loved it and you will too!

Our stay in Kaitlins Villa in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful place felt like a slice of paradise, hosted by an equally beautiful soul who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The villa itself is a dream — calm, serene, and surrounded by breathtaking views that are truly priceless. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. It’s also incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches like a crib, a baby chair, and a clutter-free design that made it perfect for kids. The pool area was a standout feature, offering a refreshing escape with stunning surroundings. The balcony was another favorite spot, where we soaked in the tranquil atmosphere while enjoying the fresh fruits from the villa’s garden. Bananas, avocados, starfruit, and more — it felt like nature’s bounty was right at our fingertips! The villa’s location is another highlight, being close to mesmerizing waterfalls , we will back !!!

We went to Puerto Rico for my son's wedding - Kaitlin, our host, was awesome. She was so friendly and helped in so many ways. The home was a delight - had everything you could possibly think of. The grounds were gorgeous and the view from the back porch was unbelievable - the rain forest sounds at night were all you heard - By far the best place we have stayed at thus far and we will definitely be back!

An Enchanting Paradise!
We absolutely adored our stay at Kaitlin's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Kaitlin was the most delightful host—so sweet and knowledgeable about the area. Our time at this enchanting property was nothing short of magical; we truly did not want to check out!
The pool was fabulous! With a convenient bathroom nearby and the perfect grilling area, we enjoyed late-night barbecues under the stars. The lights around the pool created such a warm atmosphere that we stayed up all night soaking it in!
We spent a blissful day wandering through the lush gardens, marveling at the stunning plants. It felt like stepping into a paradise, far from everyday noise. The tranquility and ambiance were unmatched.
To top it off, we were lucky to experience a morning thunderstorm that added to the serene vibe. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone who loves nature and seeks a peaceful escape!

Just book it! It is absolutely incredible! I can’t begin to explain how amazing this place is!!
It has well traveled paths to explore acres of rainforest ,exotic plants, flowers and fruit trees that you are able to pick and eat from. The pool area is really cute and relaxing. The view is beautiful!! The kitchen and living area was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Very clean and spacious. In the morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony taking in the tranquility, fresh air and beautiful views. It was very easy to travel around the area to all the beaches, shops etc.
Kaitlin's dedication to making her guests feel comfortable is unmatched. You can feel the love she has for hosting. Quick responses and very accommodating to our traveling troubles. Having her as a host positively reflected our stay. Can’t say enough good things about her!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a unique peaceful relaxing experience.

Our stay at Kaitlin’s place was nothing short of amazing.
Kaitlin’s hosting skills are second to none.
She immediately made us feel like family, and took time out of her hectic schedule to give us a tour of the property.
She was readily available without being intrusive. We couldn’t have asked for more.
The pictures do not do the property justice. The landscaping and the variety of flora, both native and imported, is breathtaking. It’s like staying in a botanical gardens.
In summary, both Kaitlin and the property are beautiful (inside and out) and should not be missed. She is a wonderful human being and her Airbnb is a one of a kind gem. Immerse yourself in paradise!
